13.99. Chalk The Walk

June 10, 2013

Chalk the walk is taking place during the Taste of Muskegon but I think this is a very cool thing. My little one loves to draw on the sidewalk with chalk and I am looking forward to seeing what the talented artist are going to do. What is Chalk The Walk? I am sure you get the idea but per their Facebook Page:

Are you the next pavement Picasso? Join us during the Taste of Muskegon and help us flood the walk with chalk…art!
All ages welcome…a skill levels encouraged…come by yourself or make it a group project!
Chalk the Walk is put on by one of the Community Foundation for Muskegon County past Love Note winners. What is a Community Love Note? The “love notes” are simply acts of kindness to and for the County of Muskegon to make it a better place to be and live. Who doesnt like to have fun in the West Michigan sun creating art?

Everyone is invited to participate. Chalk the Walk is pleased to be a part of Taste of Muskegon. Join us in the parking lot on the corner of Second and Muskegon – next to the Muskegon Museum of Art and behind 297 Clay…we will have plenty of chalk…bring your imagination!
