Come celebrate the last few days of summer at the most beautiful beach in West Michigan, Labor Day weekend, at Pere Marquette Beach & Margaret Drake Elliott Park. Miss Muskegon Breakwater and Miss Muskegon Breakwater Outstanding Teen, September 6. The Miss Muskegon Breakwater is apart of the Miss America and Miss Michigan organizations.
