202. The Butler

July 25, 2011

Do you like water-views, burgers, boats, and drinks in a casual atmosphere? I think the The Butler in Saugatuck is for you with waterfront dinning on the Lake Kalamazoo Harbor. The Butler is the casual dinning on the waterfront where the boardwalk and main street of Saugatuck meet. They also have live entertainment and outdoor dinning between Memorial Day and Labor Day. My first visit to the Butler was with the owner of a local machine builder. Since then I have been there many times with the rest of the project team and with my wife & friends. I must say I have never had a bad meal at the Butler and always had friendly service. Its a warm family operate restaurant where the locals and the tourists meet. If you meet for lunch I recommend the burgers if yo meet for dinner I suggest the burgers or the gorgonzola steak penne pasta.
