This place is for you guaranteed to get you a great work out. Mountain Biking at Bass River Recreation Area is a 1,100-acre site that offers two different 3-4 mile mountain bike trail loops. The south loop is challenging yet fun to ride, while the north loop has many stretches where higher speeds can be attained. To get to the recreation area go east on M-45 (Lake Michigan Drive) off US-31 to 104th Avenue, then north on 104th Avenue for 3.4 miles to the gravel road on the east side of 104th. Please observe the “No Motor Vehicles Beyond This Point” sign and park off the road to the west.
