93. Bunny Train
April 3, 2011
If you drive on I-96 between Grand Rapids and Muskegon you have probably seen the old time train running along the interstate. That happens to be the Marne & Coopersville Train Company that is operating on a line that dates back to 1848. They have special train rides like the Bunny Train throughout the year and have a normal schedule May through October.
Kids of all ages will enjoy this one hour and twenty minute excursion through the Spring Time country-side. The Easter Bunny and her cast of a wacky, musical characters perform in each of our antique passenger coaches.
These shows star local actress Angie Peavy who has many credits; including
“Snow White” at Disney World Resorts in 2003. Our Springtime Princess will read children’s books and lead the passengers in springtime songs.
Kids will be given a surprise at the end of the ride.
When the kids look out the train windows, they may see other bunnies too.
Adults $14.50, Seniors (60+) $13.50, Kids (2-12) $11.50
