85. Norman F. Kruse Park

Kruse Park has it all for everyone. If you are looking for a just a short walk to see the lakeshore the parking lot is elevated at the top of the dunes to look out over the lake. You can also hike up higher or down to the beach.

This park has about one mile of Lake Michigan Beach and the park spans 52.3 acres. There is a major picnic area with 4 picnic shelters and an accessible ramp to the beach and into the dunes. The dog beach is located at the northern part of the park. Facilities include 2 parking lots, nature trails, barrier dunes, accessible dune walkways, a playground, dune overlooks, picnic shelters, restrooms, and a basketball court.
